Petition Tighter restrictions on video call apps, stop the grooming of children on them

We would like company's such as Oovoo and camfrog to have far tighter restrictions and take more details (ie credit card) on sign up!! These sites are being used for people to try to groom or expose themselves to young girls who use apps to talk to school friends.
The UK police have only so much power against these as most are based over seas. It's up to parents to fight to force these company's to address this issuie!!
