-Stop Uncontrolled immigration.
-Stop Immigration of not professional people.
-Take under control professional. Check regularly that they have declared income(for example request copy of payslips of employers).
-Restore Tier 1 General for professional earning more then ~44500(tax allowance + 20% tax band).
-Ask employer to report about salary and employment status changes of tier 1 general employee.
-Make automatic visa cancellation in case if annual salary is less than ~44500(tax allowance + 20% tax band). for a 3 month or in case of more then 3 month unemployment.
