We have had an entitere generate who have grown up without the benefit of discipline both at home or school. If they brough back corporal punishment, to instill discipline at school. Not for call someone a name but for bullying or something. Bullying could turn into a knifing when they grow older. Otherwise they grow up without boundaries and rules.
