I, and potentially many others, would like the opportunity to allocate a defined proportion of my individual income tax collected to a specified department or cause of my choice, even if this list is defined by the government in advance!
I would like the government to provide me with this opportunity as a benefit for paying my taxes without question, not claiming unwarranted benefits and abiding by the rules they effect on our country.
