I FEEL VERY STRONGLY THAT CAPITAL PUNSHMENT SHOULD BE RE-INTRODUCED FOR CERTAIN SERIOUS CRIMES. PREMEDITATED MURDER. MANSLAUGHTER CAUSED BY DRINK DRIVERS.
CORPERAL PUNSHISMENT FOR YOUNG THUGS THAT CAUSE UNECESSARY AGREGATION TO OTHER PEOPLE. POLICE SHOULD BE ALLOWED [IF THERE IS ANY LEFT] TO STOP AND SEARCH ANYONE THEY WISH, AS HAPPENS IN EUROPE. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE CAR DRIVERS.
