Rejected petition Immediate reduction of Foreign Aid

Although we all understand the problems going on around the world, for watever reasons they might be the time as now come for this country and especially it's government to take a long hard look at itself and decide what is best for this country and it's citizens because it seems to me as well as millions of others that if we carry on going down the road we are going then very soon this great nation of ours will no longer be and we will be joining the ranks of being a Third World Country ourselves.
Just recently this government decided that it was going too tackle the massive Uk borrowing debt the decisions that have now been made and are now in force are now having major impacts upon our own children by pushing our own uk children into poverty, which I find myself to be very intrusive and disgusting.
I don't see how this or any future government can condone supporting and helping child poverty abroad whilst it increases child poverty in it's own country.
