Rejected petition Scrap the TV License As Everything Is Digital!

The Tv License was originally brought in when BBC had channels on ANY tv without Digital software. Now everything has changed to Digital its unfair for consumers to have to pay for digital receiving devices and/or sky/virgin/bt etc, whilst also having to pay £150 odd a year! Despite these channels no longer being a "free" service!
