Petition to ban the sale, distribution, possession and and wearing of rioter's face coverings such as bandanas and hooded jackets ("hoodies").

Furthermore that possession of such items in public be treated as "going equipped", in the same way that persons carrying screwdrivers are considered to be "going equipped" for burglary.

Furthermore that police be given powers to permanently seize, without compensation, such items found being worn in public.
