Single use, Non-Rechargeable batteries contain many harmful chemicals that simply get thrown away after a short use. We petition the government to prohibit there sale in the UK, allowing only rechargeable AA and AAA batteries to be publicly available. A wider use of rechargeable batteries ensure a less waste material and harmful chemicals.
