Petition Disabled people under consultant care assessed by their medical personnel

The undersigned feel that if a Disabled person is under the care of a Senior doctor / specialist or consultant, it should be that medical expert who knows the patient and is fully aware of how that persons disabillity affects the abillity of the sufferer should be the one to assess the patient with regards to benifits.
At present all claimants see an ATOS 'doctor' who most of the time does not even consider the medical evidence and is expected to make life changing decisions on the basis of a 5 minete meeting.
This would also help weed out alot of bogus claims as the claimant would not have medical backing for their claim
