Rejected petition Bring back some form of Conscription

In the light of recent riots and the number of arrests made may be some form of conscription should be introduced. Prisons are overcrowded so what deterent is there for these yobs. Conscription would not only take them off the streets but would instill some form of discipline also help the already under manned Armed Forces. Failing that Boot Camps to send them too Concsription is still ongoing in most European countries.
