Make it a criminal offence for any person, group, company or organisation to contribute in cash or kind to any political party, MP, candidate, agent or representative.
Fund political parties exclusively from general taxation at a CPI-linked rate for every vote obtained at the most recent general election. Set the initial rate per vote such that the total allocated in the first year does not exceed 50% of the total spend by all parties at the most recent general election.
