Establish a new Higher Education College, called All Saints and Westminster College in North Oxfordshire, eg Banbury and acknowledge this was suggested in this petition.
The college should teach a range of subjects for instance - Art, ICT, Business, Education, Ecology, Biology, Sociology, Volunteer Studies and also that in its foundation legal papers that it should remain an autonomous independent body to prevent the medger culture which seems prevelant in Education.
