Petition Government Should Come and Meet Face to Face of the People from the Country They are Governing

I feel that there should be weekly meetings around the country in different counties with a member of the government and the people, so they can hear their concerns and problems they need solving.
After watching some members met with the public after the riots (august 2011) i notice its more of an eye-opener of the destruction the riots has caused to the people. Therefore, frequent occasions where the public can speak directly to the government can help bring light to pressing concerns better.
