A repeal of the outdated 1886 Riot Damages Act.
Under the Riot (Damages) Act of 1886, insurers and the uninsured could claim costs from police authorities. It seems outdated within the context of budget cuts etc., make the insurers more corporately responsible in a proper fashion.
