Those convicted of looting and riotous behaviour should be banned from going to areas of public entertainment and shopping centres. For example: football grounds, Cinemas, pubs, nightclubs, shopping centres, golf courses, bowling alleys etc. If they cannot respect their neighbours and communities then they should not be allowed to enjoy the benefits of that community.
