the looters that have been caught should be made to go and visit the companies and more importantly the familes whose lives they have destroyed and see the consequences of their actions. Take back everything they stole in products or money. As well as rebuild the homes and shops, clean up the mess, redecorate and work until they have clawed back some of the lossess felt by so many. You never know they might learn something.
