I ask the Government to intoduce the '3 Strikes & Out' system for serial offenders.
This was the system that was successfully adopted to clean up New York.
The '3 Strikes & Out' system would ensure serial offenders are sent to prison after committing their third offence.
I suggest the minimum prison term is 5 years.
