Petition Discontinue CPC training for HGV drivers.

Discontinue the HGV driver CPC training as the government is considering letting car drivers drive 7.5t vehicles on a car licence with no CPC.

More HGV drivers may renew/come back to driving again if the CPC was removed and this would solve the driver shortage.
